Finally on the damn internet. ours died last night while i was doing all of my last minute research. oh, well. PDX solved that problem. I'll be at JFK in 7 hours. Horribly enough I'll have to hang out at JFK for eight hours until Ehren gets there. Then we'll be off to the fanciest hotel willing to welcome in the cast of jackass. Who knows what happens after that.
Well, hopefully I'll make it safe.

So, the show was amazing. It was probably my favorite show I have ever played. the songs went very smoothly, and everyone seemed to enjoy us. plus, i got to sing wolf like me in front of a huge crowd of people. what a good feeling (even though none of the girls that wanted to sing back-up vocals even showed up). surprisingly, i wasn't nervous on stage. in the past, i would have either been extremely nervous or extremely drunk, but last night i was neither, and it was great. I think it had something to do with the fact that I have really strong feelings for the songs i was playing (which was never the case with my other bands). basically, i'm ten times more confident about playing shows, and ready to start playing more often (although, i do want to write some new stuff). oh, and we raised 800 dollars to go towards the Face AIDS committee at south salem high school. w00t.
 So, I was asked to compile a top five local albums(/artists) for willamette week. currently, my list goes like thisss: 1. kickball-everything is a miracle nothing is a miracle everything is

5. dr. helicopter
now i have to explain why i picked them, but i think it's pretty self-explanatory. i'm so excited for the dr. helicopter recordings. they've been tracking in our living room, and it already sounds fucking amazing. just wait. spaceman records! sleep well, cody james drago |

Fall term is just about over. It doesn't even feel like i'm in school.
